The win sees the westerners move above St Marys who dropped their first points of the campaign as they lost 2-1 away at Laxey.
St Georges maintained their strong start with a thumping 6-0 win at rock botton Michael United.
Meanwhile, Douglas High School Old Boys remain fourth after thrashing Gymns 5-0 at Tromode Road.
Elsewhere, Castletown drew 1-1 with Corintians at the Stadium and Ramsey bagged their first win, beating Douglas Royal 3-0 at Ballacloan.
