Cup holders Jersey Scottish found some form with a 2-1 win over Jersey Wanderers, Ali Santos and Paul Aitken grabbed the Scottish goals.
Meanwhile current league favourites St Paul's thrashed Magpies 12-0.
Craig Russell and Craig Leitch scored a hat-trick each while Mark Lucas scored four for the reining Premiership title holders.
First Tower United had an easy 3-0 win at home over Jersey Nomads, while the Portuguese Club defeated Grouville 2-1.
Trinity, who have struggled in the league this season, may have kick started their season with a strong 3-1 win over Rozel.
Sporting Accies had a 1-0 win over St Lawrence while St Ouen defeated St Brelade 4-1 in the western derby.
The draw for round two will be made in early December.
