The Guernsey Priaulx League side will face holders, the Southern Amateur League, in the second round of the FA National League System Cup.
The island's league representative team beat the Northampton Town League 2-0 in the first round last month.
Guernsey senior coach Tony Vance said it was a "tough draw" but his side "are more than capable of getting a result".
Guernsey have been drawn at home for the match which must be played before Saturday, 12 December.
Vance added: "I'm certainly not worried about facing them, in fact I am very much looking forward to the match.
"With having the added advantage of being at home I am confident that, with the group of players we have at our disposal, we are more than capable."
The Southern Amateur League won the cup at the first attempt in 2008, defeating the Midland Combination on penalties.
Their side features the best players selected from 33 member clubs who play in 21 divisions across Greater London.
In their first round match they beat the Gloucestershire County League 2-0.
The final of the competition will be played at the end of the 2009/10 season, with the winners going on to play as FA representatives in the Uefa Regions Cup.
Guernsey reached the semi-finals of the cup in 2006.
