Jersey were 1-0 winners in the Junior Muratti

Jersey under-18's have retained the Junior Muratti title with a 1-0 victory in front of 500 spectators at the Springfield Stadium on Sunday.

Man-of-the-match Barry Keith got the only score, after he chased a long ball out of defence, beat two Guernsey defenders and keeper Tom Creed.

Jersey coach Dave Walsh was pleased with the day's events.

"We worked on a lot during the week and they stuck at it to be fair, but it's very pleasing," he told BBC Jersey.
