First Tower United have gone second in Jersey football's Championship after all three games in the division ended in draws.
Tower's Stewart Daynes missed a penalty as his side were held to a 0-0 draw at home to second-from-bottom St Lawrence.
That left the door open for rivals St Clement, but they stay fourth after they drew 1-1 at St Brelade.
Nathan Brown was on target for St Brelade while defender Darren Osmond scored an own goal.
And bottom side St Martin/SCF got just their second point of the season after drawing 2-2 with Jersey Nomads.
Lee Richomme and Paul Devenish scored for St Martin/SCF while Nomads' goals came from Tony Riley and Nathan Trevor.
Tower have 15 points, ahead of third-placed Magpies on goal difference.
St Clement are fourth on 14 points, with Nomads just behind them on goal difference.
