Joao Antunes, Artur Calaca, Elson Delgado, Richard Russell, Jorge Marques and former professional Jose-Manuel Vieira were all on target.
St Clement are still second on goal difference, but Portuguese already look like they will be taking the title.
Jersey Nomads are level on points in third after beating St Lawrence 4-1.
Carl Winn got two for Nomads along with one each for Paul Lees and Paul Starkey.
Bottom side St Martin Sporting Club Francais got their first point of the season after drawing 0-0 at home to fifth-placed Beeches.
And fourth-placed Magpies are now four points off Nomads after losing 2-0 at St John, who moved up a place to third from bottom.
Jamie Smith and Chris Connolly were on target for St John.
