Jersey Scottish and Trinity played out a goalless draw at Les Quennevais

Leaders Trinity dropped their first points of the season in Jersey's Premiership after a goalless draw with third-placed Jersey Scottish.

The draw means champions St Paul's are just a point behind Trinity after they won 2-1 at home to Jersey Wanderers.

Craig Russell and Jon-Paul Martyn cancelled out Stephen Reed's strike to see the champions maintain a perfect record of three wins from three.

Rozel Rovers are bottom of the table after a 5-2 defeat at St Ouen.

It was the western parish side's first points of the season thanks to two goals from Jon Evans and one each for Ashley Lewis, Martyn Sansom and Scott Quarrell.

Sporting Academics also got their first point of the season to climb to second from bottom after a 2-2 draw with Grouville.

Phil Helleur and Ben Gallichan were on target for Accies, with Peter Hall getting both of Grouville's goals.
