Bodmin Town secured a memorable 3-1 win over Bishops Sutton in the FA Vase extra preliminary round on Saturday.
The Peninsula League champions defeated the Western Premier League side with two goals from Mark Berry and one from Danny O'Hagan.
Launceston won at Western League opposition after beating Minehead 2-1 thanks to two goals from Andy Sargent.
Saltash United won the south east Cornwall derby as they beat Liskeard Athletic 3-1 at the Kimberley Stadium.
In the two other all-Cornwall clashes Porthleven beat St Blazey 3-1 whilst Wadebridge Town won 3-2 at Newquay after extra time.
Penzance lost out 1-0 at home to Welton Rovers while Penryn Athletic are also out after they went down to a 2-0 home defeat to Dorset side Hamworthy.
