Holders Truro City's hopes of retaining the FA Vase were dashed on home soil by Saturday's 3-0 defeat to Whitley Bay. After a goalless first half at Treyew Road, Lee Kerr then scored twice before Paul Chow added a late third.
While there will be no Wembley return for Truro, Whitley Bay, winners in 2004, now have a chance to get their hands back on the trophy.
After having to overcome a 920-mile return journey to Cornwall, the Bay are now through to the last eight.
