Keith Webb's side will win promotion with a win at Merthyr
King's Lynn can clinch their first Southern League title and promotion to the Blue Square North or South if they beat Merthyr Tydfil on Saturday.
A win will give Keith Webb's team the title, otherwise they will rely on Team Bath to drop points at Chippenham.
Webb said: "We've got the tougher of the games, Merthyr have impressed against the three teams below us, but I'm sure we'll get a positive outcome."
The Linnets should take a full strength side to mid-table Merthyr.
Lynn centre-half Greg Crane looks likely to be fit for the Southern League leaders final game of the regular season.
Crane was kicked on the hamstring during last week's draw at Gloucester, but he came through midweek training.
The main concern is over midfielder Mark Camm who is rated 50-50 to play after missing two games with concussion.
More than 500 King's Lynn fans are expected to make the trip to Pennydarren Park in South Wales.
It is still unclear whether promotion would see the Linnets go into the Blue Square Northern or Southern League with officials expected to decide once the season has ended and it has become clear which teams are relegated from each division.
If they fail to take the title at Merthyr, Lynn will get another chance of promotion in the end of season play-offs.
