Guernsey winger Dave Rihoy is the island's biggest injury concern ahead of next month's Muratti.
The Belgrave Wanderers winger has an ankle ligament injury and sat out Wednesday's 2-2 draw in the warm-up game with a British Universities side.
Guernsey manager Steve Ogier says it is 50-50 whether Rihoy will be able to play in the Bank Holiday Monday game.
"He can be a match winner for us. He's certainly one of the players with the most flair in the island," Ogier said.
"Rihoy's a door opener for us and he can create things and make things happen.
"If he doesn't make it then it will be a blow but we'll give him every opportunity," Ogier added on BBC Radio Jersey.
Meanwhile Jersey are preparing for the big game with a match with Scottish division two side Alloa Athletic at Springfield on Saturday.
