Rummenigge does not believe Platini would be right for the job |
Bayern Munich vice-president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has attacked Michel Platini's hopes of becoming the next Uefa president. French footballing legend Platini is hoping to be elected successor to Lennart Johansson in 2006.
But Rummenigge told German newspaper Die Welt: "Michel Platini has a crazy revolution at the back of his mind.
"I believe it'd have huge consequences for football across Europe and destroy the basic foundations of the game."
