Solanki was reported by umpires David Milnes and Nigel Llong. |
Worcestershire skipper Vikram Solanki has received three penalty points under the ECB's discipline code. Solanki, the chairman of the Professional Cricketers' Association, was reported by the umpires during the game against Sussex at Hove. He committed a level two breach of discipline, which states he threw a ball near a player or umpire. Any player receiving nine or more points during a two-year period will receive a suspension. Neither the club or player have commented on the incident.
