 Kieswetter has scored five first-class half-centuries for Somerset |
Promising wicketkeeper Craig Kieswetter has signed a new contract to keep him at Somerset until 2011. Former South African Under-19 international Kieswetter, 20, moved to Taunton at the start of last season. The youngster swiftly displaced Carl Gazzard and Sam Spurway to become the county's number one keeper and has also impressed with the bat. Kieswetter holds a British passport through his Welsh mother and will be eligible for England from 2010.
