Newly-promoted Wellingborough Town face a tough return to the Northants League's Premier Division as they visit champions Finedon Dolben on Saturday. Karl Tapp's side claimed the Division One title last summer after six seasons out of the top flight. Finedon, meanwhile, are aiming to continue their domination of the league, having won the Premier trophy eight times in the last 11 years. Northampton Saints - runners-up in 2009 - begin at home to Burton Latimer. The other opening-day fixtures see the Northamptonshire Academy travel to Stony Stratford, Wollaston entertain Old Northamptonians, Rushden Town make the trip to Rushton and Brixworth play host to Peterborough.
