Former Sri Lankan all-rounder Chamila Gamage claimed a hat-trick to boost Northampton Saints' title challenge in the Hevey Northamptonshire League. Gamage, who played two Tests and seven one-day internationals, helped Saints beat Wollaston by four wickets and climb to second place in the table. But Finedon are still top after a five-wicket victory over Brixworth. And Old Northamptonians remain in the hunt after knocking off 164 to beat Burton Latimer at Hall Field. Peterborough suffered a 103-run defeat at the hands of the reigning champions - Northants Academy - and slip to third spot. Meanwhile, Desborough stay bottom of the table after failing to defend 211-9 at home to Rushton. In Saturday's other Premier Division match, Rushden defeated Stony Stratford by 96 runs.
