Bracewell says his side still has a chance of t20 glory |
Gloucestershire coach John Bracewell says their gruelling FP t20 schedule has left him with a selection dilemma. The county need to win their three remaining games to reach the quarter-finals but face a fast turnaround after Thursday's game in Essex. "We'll get back to Bristol at maybe 2am and face Somerset that day," the New Zealander told BBC Radio Bristol. "We've got a dilemma with only six bowlers left in your squad - I have to be canny with selection and travel." He added: "It's the travel that causes us to pick up injuries." Gloucestershire are currently bottom of the FP t20 South Group table, but, after Sunday's win against Middlesex, Bracewell has not abandoned hope of progressing. "Everybody's in the mix. There are a couple of teams in front, but everybody else has a chance, which is what makes it exciting for the public," he said.
