Ian Saxelby led Gloucestershire to maximum batting points on a rain-shortened second day against Glamorgan.

Saxelby scored 33 from 44 balls after rain delayed play until the afternoon. Gloucesteshire declared on 400-9, adding 63 to their overnight score.

Garnett Kruger took two more wickets to finish with figures of 3-77, while there was a wicket a-piece for David Harrison and James Harris.

Gareth Rees and Will Bragg then saw Glamorgan to 35-0 at stumps.
