Appleby 8s have opened up an eight-point lead in Division One of Guernsey's Indoor Cricket League after comfortably beating Boatworks. Boatworks batted first, finishing on a disappointing 75 as Josh Butler top scored with 13. Appleby 8s wrapped up victory in the 10th over, David Hooper top scoring with a rapid 32. The victory stretches Appleby's winning run in Division One to an impressive 13 matches. Elsewhere, Odey Rovers lost to KPMG Vipers after falling 20 runs short of their target. Batting first, Vipers racked up 106 before restricting Odey Rovers to 87 all out.
