Phil Littlejohns hit a century to rescue St John's from defeat at Marown in their Standard Bank Premiership clash on Saturday. Crosby seemer Ross Berry was in devastating form as Saints struggled to 40-6, with keeper Mark Quinn claiming four catches. Littlejohns then made 110 in a stand of 132 with Andrew Turner as the Saints reached 222. St John's dismissed Crosby for just 93 to claim the victory. Akkie Van der Berg was the pick of the St John's bowlers with 4-23.
