Cornwall's Minor Counties clash with Shropshire was brought to a premature end as heavy rain led to play being abandoned on Tuesday. The game has been declared a draw with Cornwall taking 10 points and Shropshire getting nine. Only 2.3 overs were bowled on Tuesday as the weather made conditions in Whitchurch unplayable. Shropshire were 171-2 in their second innings when play was abandoned, with a lead of 122 runs. Cornwall were bowled out for 252 on Monday, in reply to Shropshire's first innings total of 202.
