Staffordshire will head into the final of the Minor Counties Knockout Trophy against Norfolk in confident mood, according to captain Paul Goodwin. Staffs will play in their first one-day final since 1993 at Durham on 22 July. Goodwin told BBC Radio Stoke: "We set our stall out to target success in this competition at the start of the season. "Now we're in the final, we believe we can win it. We beat Norfolk in the group stages, and the conditions at Durham will suit us more than them."
