Cricket

Suffolk County Cricket Board has confirmed that coach Paul Jarvis has stood down by mutual consent.

The former Yorkshire and England bowler, who joined Suffolk in 2008, has got a new job which means he cannot fully commit himself to the county.

The announcement was made after Suffolk rounded off their group matches in the Minor Counties Knock-Out Trophy with a five wicket win over Northumberland.

Ben France led the way with an unbeaten innings of 75.
