The victory was Taggart's third of the Manx fell running season

Lloyd Taggart continued his domination of the Manx fell running season with with a record-breaking run at Glen Mona on Saturday.

Taggart set a new course record of 59 minutes and 36 seconds for the tough seven-mile run.

Tom Cringle also broke the former record but finished more than two and half minutes behind Taggart with Simon Skillicorn in third.

Jackie Lee was the fastest women and finished eighth overall.

She completed the course in another record breaking time of 1:11:45.

The fourth round will be held at Snaefell on 13 March.
