Organisers of the Isle of Man's autumn handicap six-mile run and five kilometre walk have opened registration for this year's events.

The races, which are promoted by the Isle Of Man Veteran Athletes Club, are on 23 October and are open to British Veteran Athletics Federation athletes.

They will be held along the National Sports Centre perimeter roadway.

Signing-on will be from 1800 BST at the Manx Harriers clubhouse but there will be no entries on the night.

Entry forms are available in advance from www.iomvac.co.uk up until Monday, October 20th.
