It's that time of the year again - awards time - and the shortlist of contenders for the BBC West Sports Personality of the Year award features three sports.

Rugby Union is represented by Bristol and England hooker Mark Regan and Gloucester head coach Dean Ryan. National Hunt trainer Paul Nicholls and Bristol City boss Gary Johnson make up the quartet.
