Russia's Elena Bovina claimed the second title of her career by winning the WTA Bell Challenge on Sunday.

The seventh seed beat Switzerland's Marie-Gaianeh Mikaelian 6-3 6-4 to pocket the top prize in Quebec.

"She played really good tennisand I tried to keep her away from her tennis so I could play more of mine," said Bovina, who won in Warsaw earlier this year.

"I did everything I wanted to, so I'm really happy."

The victory made Bovina the youngest winner of the event at 19 years, six months and 12 days.
