Veteran Llewellyn won 92 caps for Wales

Former Wales captain Gareth Llewellyn will begin his coaching career at Welsh First Division club Tonmawr.

Llewellyn, 39, who won a record 92 Wales forward caps, will combine being defence Tonmawr coach with playing.

Tonmawr head coach Jason Hyatt said: "Gareth was looking for the right club to make progress as a coach and we are delighted he chose us."

Llewellyn has played for Llanharan, Neath, Harlequins, Ospreys, Narbonne and Bristol.
