Leeds Carnegie captain Mike MacDonald has been named on the USA bench for Saturday's clash with Wales in Bridgeview, Illinois.

The prop's relegation to the Eagles bench is one of four changes made from the side that lost 27-10 to Ireland.

Fellow Leeds prop Juan Gomez is also a a substitute for the Argentina Jaguars' opening Churchill Cup game.

They take on former Leeds head coach Stuart Lancaster's England Saxons in Colorado on Saturday.

The USA's match against the Welsh tourists kicks off at 1910 BST on Saturday.

The Jaguars face the England Saxons from 2115 BST.
