As tough as old boots and equally long-lived, Rod Snow is the rock around which Canada are built.
The uncompromising prop, who incidentally plays for Newfoundland Rock, made his Canada debut in 1995 and was sent off in the infamous all-in brawl with hosts South Africa in the World Cup pool stages later that year.
Canada's most-capped prop had stints with Eastern Province and Newport and played in every one of Canada's World Cup games in 1999 and 2003.
