Age 14, Diving Tom, from Plymouth, will be the youngest person competing for GB in Beijing and he is a genuine medal contender, all though he sees it as just a practice run for London 2012. How many sporting stars become Under-18 champion aged 10, or are given special permission to compete at the Youth Olympics because they are three years under the minimum age limit?
