British football is blessed with several high-profile Nigerian stars, but just one - Everton's Victor Anichebe - has been named in their Olympic squad.

The 20-year-old striker has made a name for himself at Goodison Park with his whole-hearted displays and ability to grab a goal coming off the bench.

Anichebe, Everton's Young Player of the Year last season, has proved his goal-scoring ability at Premier League and Uefa Cup level.

He has also been capped by the Super Eagles at full international level.
