This week's cap comp featured members of the St Kilda Saints AFL team taking a bracing dip in the ocean in Melbourne.
The restorative powers of a cold dip on tired muscles are well known but the players - Brett Voss, Shane Birss, Fraser Gehrig and Nick Riewoldt - look less than enthusiastic about this part of their regime.
We wanted to know what witty words best fitted the picture - and we weren't disappointed by this week's entries.
Congratulations on this occasion go to Mark Tiernan who said:
Streaking is not nearly as effective at the World Yachting Championships.
Well done Mark, enjoy your BBC Sport goody bag!
