England turned their disastrous Ashes form on its head with an unexpected victory over Australia in the final of the Commonwealth Bank tri-series which also involved New Zealand.
England, three-time World Cup runners-up, have won their last four one-dayers, including three in a row against Australia, but before that they had lost 24 of 33 ODIs.
Michael Vaughan, who has played just three of England's last 35 one-dayers, will skipper the side in the Caribbean despite struggling to overcome a hamstring problem.
