Williams out-pointed domestic rival Matt Skelton in his last fight |
Danny Williams has been forced to pull out of his Commonwealth heavyweight bout in Glasgow on 25 March after picking up an injury in training. Williams had replaced Scott Harrison, who was suffering from a gum infection, but promoter Frank Warren has now cancelled the show.
Harrison will now defend his WBO featherweight crown against Joan Guzman on 20 May at the Kings Hall in Belfast.
Amir Khan, who was on the Glasgow undercard, will also fight in Belfast.
Williams last fought on 25 February, when he took a split decision against British champion Matt Skelton.
