Phillips Idowu, Jade Johnson and Tyrone Edgar

The men and women have done fantastically well over both days. The highlight of the weekend for me though has been long jumper Jade Johnson.

With all her injuries it has been four very long years for her and her career could easily have been over.

To jump a personal best of 6.81m she has shown that she could be one of the top six best jumpers in the world, which I don't think any of us would have expected.

It's just absolutely fabulous to see her find this sort of form ahead of the Olympics.

Tyrone Edgar looked very good indeed in his 100m victory on Saturday. He looked very strong but it will be really tough for him as we head towards the trials and Beijing.

The 100m is an incredibly exciting event and it will be interesting to see how it goes with the British sprinters - and Dwain Chambers is still in the mix of course.

And there's Phillips Idowu and his win in the triple jump. He has had the potential for a long time and now he's really lived up to it.

He won the world indoors and he had a lot of pressure on him coming to France. He produced a performance that would be good enough for a medal in Beijing.

He's even shown there's plenty more in the tank and so it's all systems go for Phillips which is great.

I'm really pleased. The whole GB team did really well - the men's victory was fantastic and so was the women's third place.

The men worked really hard and have re-established themselves as the top team. It's just been fantastic.

They did a great job and it's great to see them on top of their game and it's also good to see real team spirit in the camp.

Christine Ohuruogu got second in the 200m and is looking good. She didn't have a lot of time to rest between the 200m and 400m relay, but she showed a lot of strength. The Olympics will be mighty tough for her though.

(Phillips) is worthy of being called the best triple jumper in the world

Marlon Devonish did really well in the 200m and he loves the fact he's still on top of his game with all these other young runners biting at his heels.

He knew it would be a tough race and would need a season's best to win. He left it late but he battled brilliantly.

It will be interesting to see how he gets on against the top guys in the trials in Birmingham.

Idowu did a tremendous job and he didn't touch the board once and still jumped brilliantly. He is worthy of being called the best triple jumper in the world.

Our 4x100m relay team did really well and they've got a good chance of defending their Olympic crown.

We can't forget the Jamaicans though! Think about how well they are getting on at the moment - Asafa Powell and Usain Bolt have just been phenomenal.
