Daniel Bennie scored the pick of the goals as QPR beat Hull at MKM Stadium
Daniel Bennie's stunner after coming off the bench and a late goal from Richard Kone sealed a big win for QPR at Hull City.
A Paddy McNair own goal had given the visitors the lead before Joe Gelhardt netted a simple equaliser with his 11th league goal of the season.
Bennie, 19, then rifled into the top corner four minutes after being introduced from the bench - his first Championship goal.
Having missed a glorious chance minutes before, Kone applied a cool finish to wrap up the points in added time.
Bennie strike inspires late show from QPR

With 80 minutes on the clock, the story of the game had been about the defensive mistakes that led to the first two goals.
After a slow start, QPR took the lead from a set piece, as Hull goalkeeper Ivor Pandur and Oli McBurnie failed to get anything on Harvey Vale's in-swinging corner before it deflected in off McNair under pressure from Jimmy Dunne at the back post.
The goal seemed to ignite the visitors and they enjoyed a period of control, but Hull hit back against the run of play, Yu Hirakawa beating Rhys Norrington-Davies to the byline and getting the cross in.
The ball deflected off Ronnie Edwards and onto R's keeper Joe Walsh, before breaking free for an easy tap-in for Gelhardt to level.
McNair almost made up for the own goal with a clever flick at the other end which deflected off McBurnie and forced a strong reflex stop from Walsh to turn the ball around the post.
With the game drifting towards a draw, Bennie stunned the stadium with his first-time shot as it swerved past Pandur into the top corner.
As the hosts pushed forward, gaps opened up for QPR, and Kone should have made the points safe when clean through on goal, but he chipped the ball harmlessly into the arms of Pandur, before having another effort saved from a tight angle.
But the Ivorian striker maintained his composure to add the third deep into added time as he found space on the left and opened his body to place a right-footed shot into the bottom corner.
The result leaves the Tigers fourth in the Championship table, while Julien Stephan's side move up to 10th, and within one point of the play-off spots, ahead of the rest of the weekend's games.
'We lost balance and discipline' - reaction
Hull City boss Sergej Jakirovic told BBC Radio Humberside:
"Bad game for us, especially the last 10 minutes. We lost our balance and discipline on the pitch.
"We conceded a really cheap goal from the corner, from a throw-in - there is nobody on the midfielder and it is unacceptable.
"When we are in the attacking phase, we don't have too much space and we cannot turn with the ball.
"I think we entered very well the game, until the first goal which we conceded from the corner, which is for me unbelievable.
"We equalised and had some good decisions with the ball. After the substitutions, I think we can put them under more pressure, but the second goal is thoroughly unacceptable.
"I'm very angry because they didn't create these chances, QPR. We created those chances."
Jakirovic: 'A bad game for us'
QPR boss Julien Stephan told BBC Radio London:
"We have to congratulate the players because I think they did a very, very good game.
"Top discipline on the pitch, fantastic commitment and quality with the ball to use the space.
"Good maturity as well, because in the 10 minutes after we concede the goal, we felt it was a bit more difficult for us, but we managed quite well the situation.
"I think it was very good in the second half, how the players managed the match. High press, they recovered some good balls, good pressure on the opponent, so I think the players deserve the credit for this win, so we have to congratulate them."
Julien Stéphan said his players deserve the credit for their win at Hull
