It's all change again in League One and Cardiff City are the new leaders.

Their comfortable 3-0 win over Mansfield means the Bluebirds replace Stevenage at the summit after their goalless draw at Wigan.

It's as you were in terms of positions in the play-off spots, though Bradford have gained ground on Stevenage with their 1-0 win over Exeter.

In the bottom half, Leyton Orient, Northampton, Reading and Doncaster all climb the table with wins.

If my maths are correct, that makes just the 36 goals this afternoon in League Two as the fourth-tier provided its usual thrills and spills.

Walsall saw off Bromley to stay top of League Two while Swindon's victory at Chesterfield sees them stay second.

MK Dons make up the top three following their win at lunchtime and 10-man Notts County pulled off an impressive 1-0 victory at Bristol Rovers to move up to fourth.

Cambridge and Salford both made big jumps, going from 10th and 12th respectively into the play-off places.

At the bottom end of the table, Newport and Harrogate both picked up a point to close the gap on Cheltenham and Bristol Rovers respectively, who moved closer to the drop zone following disappointing defeats this afternoon.

Both MK Dons and Swindon Town found themselves on the top of the League Two table this afternoon but Walsall left it late to push them back in their place.

Paul Warne's side still earn a spot in the automatic promotion spots after the Saddlers' victory ends Bromley's winning run, while Cambridge United and Salford City also benefit from wins to move into the top seven.

Newport County and Harrogate Town remain in the bottom two despite earning draws.

Let's take a look at how things stand after another bonkers day in League One and League Two...

  7. 'Luton deserved more in the end'published at 17:14 GMT 29 November 2025

    Geoff Doyle
Commentator on BBC Three Counties Radio

Luton left it a little bit too late in the end. They showed much more fight in the second half and deserved their equaliser.

The Hatters probably deserve a little more in the end.

Bolton performed well, especially in the first half.

The points shared here but Jack Wilshere will be thinking his side should be coming away with all three points.

Luton had plenty of chances in the second half to win this. They would've fancied themselves even more when Bolton had Xavi Simons sent off for a foul on Kodua.

In the end, they did finally cancel out Dempsey's opener for Bolton through substitute Gideon Kodua who capitalised on a loose ball in the box.

We said before this match that these two were evenly matched and so it proved.

  9. 'What a win for Walsall'published at 17:04 GMT 29 November 2025

    FT: Walsall 3-1 Bromley

    Richard Wilford
    BBC Radio WM commentator

Bromley dictated the first half and went ahead by taking advantage of a defensive mistake.

Mat Sadler then made a change at half-time and it made all the difference.

They came from behind and now top the table in League Two.

    What a win for Walsall.
