Play-off contenders Grimsby piled more misery on bottom-side Barrow with a dominant 5-0 victory at Blundell Park.
Kieran Green and Jaze Kabia each bagged a brace after Andy Cook's opener as the Mariners remained in seventh place on goal difference.
The hosts went in front in the 17th minute when Darragh Burns created space on the right to whip in an in-swinging cross onto the head of Cook, who nodded home off the base of the post.
Grimsby doubled their lead before the break with a quick counter-attack as Kabia found Green in the middle of the box with a low cross, which the latter converted first time in the 41st minute.
The hosts made it three in the 61st minute, with Grimsby's top scorer Kabia getting in on the act, slotting in under Wyll Stanway on the left side of the penalty area.
Green added his second and his team's fourth with a powerful header from Reece Staunton's in-swinging corner in the 87th minute.
There was still time for Kabia to get a brace, tapping in Justin Amaluzor's cross in the 10th minute of added time.
