All very dominant from Manchester City but they will be wanting that second goal. Tottenham have had the odder glimmer in attack when they do push up, and all it takes is one good opportunity to get back level.

A great ball from Rodri and it looked for all the money that Erling Haaland would get on the end of it.

It has not been a great half hour for Tottenham and Thomas Frank.

They are so much assured Man City with the ball.

Spurs supporters are making their frustrations heard. They want more intensity and more attempts to unsettle Manchester City.

Their best hope so far is that City, who look a class apart, get careless - and they do have form for it.

It looked like Rayan Cherki was about to go off after hurting his leg earlier but he seems keen to continue and is staying on the pitch for now.

    Clinton Morrison

It is an outrageous bit of skill from Rayan Cherki. He goes past Cristian Romero like he is not there. You are just waiting for the net to ripple, but it is a brilliant save.

  19. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:54 GMT

    Tottenham 0-1 Man City

Fantastic save by Guglielmo Vicario as he gets a hand to push Rayan Cherki's shot just past his far post.

Cherki is fuming, though, as none of the officials spot the save and a goal kick is given.
