Thanks for your company on another big day in the Scottish Premiership title race.

Hearts were the team to blink this week, held to a draw at bottom side Livingston.

Celtic made hard work of beating Dundee, wasting good chances in a dominant first half, then huffing and puffing before conjuring up a late winner at Dens Park.

"We didn't want to sit in, we wanted to take Celtic on, and I'm really proud of my players," Dundee manager Steven Pressley tells Sky Sports.

"We're not where we want to be, but I think it shows progression."

Interim Celtic boss Martin O'Neill sounds frazzled as he talks to Sky Sports.

He's not happy with the number of chances his team let slip in the first half and warns they cannot afford to be so profligate again over the coming weeks.

Hearts are at home to Motherwell next Saturday, while Celtic host St Mirren.

On the Sunday, Rangers go to Falkirk.

Celtic's other centre forward options have not been convincing.

Tomas Cvancara started today and wasted a few good opportunities.

Talking about his winning goal, Celtic striker Kelechi Iheanacho tells BBC Sportsound: "It's massive", before adding: "Collectively, as a team, we worked really hard.

"It was a great finish and I'm happy today to help the team. It would have been scary to drop points here.

"We need to keep winning to get there."

Celtic should have been out of sight in the first half, but Dundee were really brave after the break and took the game to them.

Having been under the cosh, Celtic showed a bit of quality and the substitutes were telling.

Celtic stay alive in the title chase.

The champions remain third but are now just three points behind leaders Hearts and two off Rangers.

Substitute Kelechi Iheanacho cracked in the decisive goal after Simon Murray had equalised from the penalty spot.

Yang Hyun-Jun grabbed the only goal of a first half dominated by the visitors.

Now Jon McCracken joins the Dundee attack for a free-kick. His opposite number Viljami Sinisalo comes for it and spills it.

But the whistle goes for a foul.

Kelechi Iheanacho is in for Celtic and the angle is tight as he steps past goalkeeper Jon McCracken. Billy Koumetio makes the goal-line block.

Nothing much going on and some of the Celtic fans feel brave enough to start a sing-song, although it quickly fades out.

Dundee change things up with Charlie Reilly and Billy Koumetio on for the last few minutes.

The hosts have been flat since going down to 10 men.

As we head into the 90th minute, the signal goes up for a further seven minutes of stoppage time.

James Forrest cushions an Anthony Ralston delivery back across the face of goal but there are no takers in green and white.

A free-kick is touched to Benjamin Nygren and the Swede's 30-yard dig swerves just wide of the top corner.
