Kathleen McGovern scored Hibs' second goal
Hibernian ended Motherwell's top six hopes with a 2-0 win at Meadowbank in Joelle Murray's send win since taking over in Edinburgh.
Hibs keep pressure on the four teams above them in the title race with the three points while the 'Well are out of the fight for top six with just one pre-split game remaining.
Kirsty Morrison had Hibs ahead after 22 minutes when she latched onto Hannah Jordan's pass before rounding the goalkeeper and slotting into the back of the net.
Kathleen McGovern doubled their advantage in the second half. Morrison latched on to a slack pass by the visitors before cutting the ball back for McGovern who finished emphatically.
