It hasn’t been a vintage performance from Crystal Palace but as it stands, Ismaila Sarr’s fourth goal of the Conference League campaign has the Eagles on course for a place in the last eight.

Adam Wharton's corner kick finds the head of Maxence Lacroix but the defender's header is gathered by Zlatan Alomerovic.

Brennan Johnson's cross is cleared behind for a corner after a slick counter-attack from Palace.

Nottingham Forest have been so creative. Nicolas Dominguez cranes his neck, it's perfect.

He knows his team are in for a good night, they really deserved that. They've been excellent, they've put on a show.

James McAtee is the latest to go close for the visitors. His low left-foot shot is well saved by Elias Olafsson but it's another corner for Forest.

Nice play from Forest on the edge of the box.

Dilane Bakwa strikes from just outside the area but it was always rising and it's over the bar.

Djordje Ivanovic does really well to cut in from the left and work an angle to shoot, but his effort flies over the Crystal Palace goal.

Larnaca will have to do better than that if their ventures into the final third are going to be so few and far between.

Junior Brumado's touch is way too heavy but the hosts are just trying to stop this spell of dominance from Forest.

Changes are definitely being readied.

The Senegal international has been Palace’s standout performer so far tonight, feeding off scraps for most of the half.

He’s just won his side a corner through sheer persistence down the right.

It looks like the hosts are going to make a change already. Manager Mike Tullberg not happy with what he has seen so far.

It comes to Nicolas Dominguez who tries an audacious bicycle kick but it's saved and he's pulled up for offside anyway.

Crystal Palace look to add to their lead from a corner but Adam Wharton's delivery is punched to safety by Zlatan Alomerovic.

We've finally seen the goal line technology from that earlier chance that almost got over the line.

It was centimetres away.

Angel Garcia is booked for a blatant tug on Ismaila Sarr.

That could prove problematic for the Larnaca captain with more than 55 minutes of the game remaining.

I think Midtjylland will be a bit rattled. They'd heard all the noise in the build up to the game but Nottingham Forest have been excellent in this first half an hour.

They've been given real freedom tonight to express themselves.

Forest have a corner and how that has not gone in I have no idea.

Dilane Bakwa's ball in is dangerous, it's kept alive at the back post and bundled towards goal but some last-ditch defending from Philip Billing keeps things level.

Lorenzo Lucca can't believe it as moments later he blazes over the bar. He doesn't connect well with the ball and he raises his arms in frustration. He can't believe it.

Forest should be 1-0 up at least.
