    Striker Connor Hall is set to leave Brackley Town following their relegation from the National League.

    The 28-year-old has made 77 appearances since joining the club in 2024 and scored 17 goals last term as they won the National League North title.

    He has netted six in 33 games this season, but posted on X:, external "Been a pleasure and a real shame it's had to end. Met some fantastic people along the way. Thanks for all your support."

    Brackley finished 21st after winning just 10 of their 46 games, four points from safety.

    "Thank you for the memories and of course, the goals," said a club response.

    Aldershot Town strikers Kwame Thomas and Hady Ghandour are among 12 players who have left the National League club following the end of the 2025-26 season.

    Thomas, once of Coventry City and Wrexham, scored seven goals in 37 league appearances this season in what was his second spell at the Recreation Ground.

    Ghandour netted five times in 30 league games and departs after three years with the Shots, who finished 21st in the fifth tier and avoided relegation by four points.

    Other players to leave who have been at the club since 2023 include defender Olly Scott and midfielders Dejan Tetek, Theo Widdrington and Tyler Frost.

    Goalkeepers Coniah Boyce-Clarke, Marcus Dewhurst and Pat Nash, defenders Luke Jenkins and Josh Brooking, and versatile player Matt Penney have also gone.

    The club said: "All remaining players are either under contract for the 2026-27 season or in talks to continue at Aldershot Town."
