'United' Walsall know what we want to do - Harper

Vincent Harper has made 18 appearances for Walsall in all competitions this season

Walsall midfielder Vincent Harper says Wednesday's win at Oldham showed how "united" the club are in their bid to "get the job done" and win promotion from League Two.
Despite making six changes from their FA Cup second round win at Gateshead at the weekend, the Saddlers clinched a sixth victory in a row on the road in all competitions as Daniel Kanu's 10th goal of the season in the first half proved enough to beat the Latics.
Harper was one of the players to be rotated in by head coach Mat Sadler and he said their display, which took them four points clear at the top, was excellent.
"It was a team performance we can be proud of," Harper told BBC Radio WM.
"We showed how united we are in all aspects of the game.
"There were a few changes but with the team we've got and the character and chemistry, whoever starts or comes on, we know they're going to do a job.
"The gaffer trusts all of us and we all trust each other to put in a performance."

'Get the job done'
Harper, a summer arrival from Exeter City, said the bond between the players and with the coaching staff has been a "massive" part of their success so far and has "grown and grown" since he came to the club.
Walsall are hoping to erase the memory of last season's crushing disappointment of failing to get promoted after blowing a 12-point lead at the top of League Two and then losing the play-off final to AFC Wimbledon.
"I wasn't here last year but I think it's important to reflect on how it went and do it right this year," Harper said.
"In football you don't want to be too high or too low. You don't take winning for granted. You just keep going.
"We know what we want to do this year and want to get the job done."
