Former runners-up Southport will be at home to Southend United in the semi-finals of this season's FA Trophy.
The Sandgrounders, 17th in National League North, progressed to the last four of the competition - in which they reached the final in 1998 - by beating Yeovil Town on penalties, while Southend won 2-1 at Horsham.
Southend are looking to secure a return to Wembley after losing to Oldham there in last season’s National League play-off final.
Wealdstone, Trophy winners in 1985, will enjoy home advantage against Marine in the other semi-final, with Gary Waddock looking to guide them to Wembley after being appointed as manager.
Marine claimed a National League scalp in the quarter-finals, beating Woking 1-0, while Wealdstone saw off Kidderminster Harriers in a penalty shootout at Aggborough.
The two matches will be played on Saturday, 28 March, with the final taking place at Wembley on Sunday, 17 May.
In the FA Vase, Cockfosters will take on Punjab United, from Kent, while Gloucestershire side Hallen will be up against Hampshire's AFC Stoneham.
The semi-finals of that competition will be played over two legs on 28 March and 4 April.
