Whitchurch: Outside Civic Centre Moving further up the High Street, we stopped off just outside the Civic Centre. This building houses a library, tourist information centre and even an occasional cinema! The High Street itself is also peppered with small, often specialist shops... and the odd pub, sometimes situated in magnificent buildings.
