Any other questions?
Pete:
What's been your best roadtrip?
Probably the worst one was going away to Barcelona with Pete.

Did it suck?
Nah, it was good, apart from being with Pete. [Laughs] Nah, the best bit about Barcelona was Pete dancing on the podium.

Class moves?
Amazin' moves! Probably the best trip was down to Hastings for the Backyard Jam. That was amazing, that trip.

Where else would you like to go?
I'd like to go to Australia and just generally travel about everywhere. I'd like to get about a bit more.

Could you see yourself leaving Scotland?
Probably go away for a bit and come back. I've thought about it but there are no major plans.

What are the best and worst things about the Scottish scene?
[Laughs] Yeti's the best thing. The Yeti and the drink's the best thing about the Scottish BMX scene. What's the worst thing?
Pete: The Weather.
Aye, the weather. Och nah, sayin' that, the weather's probably the best thing 'cos it rains a lot so you can go to the pub more and no feel so bad [laughs]. Lightweights too - lightweight BMXers are the worst.

Who's the worst lightweight?
Cheese Ring [laughs].

How far have you got on Gran Turismo?
0.5%

Is that good?
It's rad [laughs]. And Gogo can't race at all. Gogo's terrible.

What else do you like doing outside of BMX?
[huge pause and then laughter] Nothin'! I've not got a life!

Is it true that you got enough compensation from being in a fight to buy a computer?
£3000 [laughs].

You always have the newest bike parts. Is it something that you're really into?
Not really.

You disappeared off to the bike shop the other day and came back with a brand new chainring!

[Laughs] nah, I'm not too bothered at the moment. I've got a good set up at the moment, 'cos I was pure injured during the summer, so I sold all my old bike and built a new one, but West End helped me out with that as well, which was sounds of the 'lads'.

Has Unit 23 been a big deal for you since it's been built?
Aye - pretty bad man [laughter]. Nah, it's good. It's just helped everyone get better at riding ramps and all that. It means when you go down south you can ride skateparks, 'cos before there was nothing like that. Just the size and that - getting used to riding stuff that's much bigger than most other parks. It's pretty rad. And all the birds are good motivation as well [laughter].

Pete: What one trick would you like to learn most?
Front flip.

Front flip to nose wheelie.
[Laughs] Aye. it'd be good to get tailwhips. I've been trying them for ages.

Cheers, man.
Is that cool?

Yeah, it's grrrreat.
