 
Audience Award rules

1. Votes may be made by email or phone, within the period specified.
2. One voter, selected at random after the closing date, is eligible for a prize of two tickets to see the Awards for World Music poll-winner’s concert.
3. If you are under the age of 12 you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before you enter this vote.
4. This vote is not open to employees or contractors of the BBC.
5. You must provide the BBC with your name, email address, home address and telephone number if you wish to cast a vote. These details will only be used for the administration of this competition and the BBC will not publish them for provide them to anyone without your permission.
6. All entries must be received by midnight on the closing date.
7. No individual may make multiple votes.
8. The vote is intended as contest of musical popularity and the organised solicitation of votes for other purposes may result in those votes being discounted or the relevant artist being disqualified.
9. The BBC reserves the right to discount any votes which it judges to be made outside the rules of the contest and to disqualify an artist for whom such votes are cast.
10. The BBC reserves the right to cancel this vote, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise which are out of the BBC’s control.
11. Voters will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to being bound by them by casting a vote.
12. The artist which receives the largest vote within the rules of the contest is declared the winner.
13. The BBC’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
