Mr Evans is a well-principled politician, determined to deliver on the manifesto promises that saw him elected.

While not a natural fan of the monarchy, or of Charles, he is perfectly prepared to work within the institutions of power as they stand.
But when Charles does the constitutionally unthinkable and refuses to sign a bill into law, Evans is completely blindsided.
How will the Prime Minister now react? Can he control events? Or is he in danger of being swept away by the subsequent tsunami of political and public unrest?
